Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team and drive growth in the education segment. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional who can develop and execute a sales strategy that positions us as the IT brand and vendor of choice in Victoria.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing channel partners and resellers in the education sector.
  • BUILD STRATEGIC RELATIONSHIPS WITH TARGETED ACCOUNTS AND MAXIMISE BUSINESS PENETRATION IN EXISTING ACCOUNTS.
  • Conduct market analysis of the education segment and develop a tailored sales strategy.
  • Achieve agreed education sales targets.
Requirements
  • Proven track record in sales strategy implementation and delivery of results.
  • Experience as a sales professional in the IT industry, preferably PC/hardware sales.
  • Previous experience/knowledge of the education sector.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $125,000-$135,000 per annum, plus superannuation, car allowance, commission, and KPI bonus.
