Job Description

We are seeking 3 x Business Development Managers to support the launch and growth of Oly. As a Business Development Manager, you will work closely with our dealer channel, original equipment manufacturer (OEM) partners and other key partnerships to educate on novated leasing and assist in executing digital strategies and onsite activity to educate dealer and business partner personnel by way of:

  • Lead and database generation
  • Novated Leasing growth
  • Brand advocacy

The Business Development Manager role will establish strong relationships within their State to form long term strategic alliances, provide exceptional service to our partners, facilitate onsite education presentations and identify future opportunities to provide increased lead generation and novated leasing growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you will be able to demonstrate:

  • Highly developed Account Management/Relationship building experience managing a portfolio of accounts in a sales and education focused environment.
  • A proven track record in relationship or education roles will be highly regarded.
  • A track record of achieving targets and high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Knowledge and experience managing workflows via databases (ERM) and intermediate PC knowledge generally.
  • Demonstrated experience using digital sales tools.
