Customer Experience Coordinator Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team in this role. The Customer Experience Coordinator will provide person-centered support to help customers achieve their goals and improve their wellbeing.

  • The successful candidate will assist in resource planning, coaching, and mentoring support workers to ensure the delivery of exceptional customer experiences.
  • Promote and demonstrate safe and healthy work practices to create a positive work environment.
  • Support change initiatives and model positive behaviours to drive continuous improvement.
  • Participate in team meetings and share information respectfully to foster open communication.
  • Utilize resources efficiently and record customer information accurately to ensure data integrity.
  • Cordinate daily support and activities for customers to meet their unique needs.
  • Develop and review individualized support plans to enhance customer outcomes.
  • Enhance customer experience through innovative solutions that exceed expectations.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professional relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ensure customer records are up-to-date and accurate to inform decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications (Cert 3 or 4 in Disability Support or equivalent experience) to deliver high-quality support services.
  • Technical literacy in Microsoft Office and reporting systems to manage administrative tasks effectively.
  • Supervisory skills and basic HR management knowledge to lead and motivate a team.
  • Physical ability to support customers, including lifting up to 10 kg to ensure accessibility.
  • Valid NSW Driver's C class license to transport customers safely.
  • Current Police Check (not older than 3 months), NSW WWCC, NDIS WC to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
