We are seeking a proactive and dedicated customer service professional to join our team. As a CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and supporting the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls from customers, responding to inquiries, returns, and quotes in a professional manner.
- Answer all inbound calls and complete outbound calls with a focus on excellent communication skills.
- Support the sales team by handling orders and providing administrative assistance.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High attention to detail and strong data entry and administration skills.
- Proficient computer and organizational skills.
- Comfortable managing relationships and maintaining strong customer connections.
