Dedicated Customer Experience Specialist

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences? We're seeking a dedicated and empathetic individual to join our team as a Customer Care Consultant.
This is a full-time or part-time opportunity with flexibility in shift times between 9am - 5pm or 10am - 6pm. As the first point of contact for new customers, you'll play an important role in providing personalized support and building strong relationships.
You will make outbound calls to arrange free hearing services or follow-up appointments, ensuring that every client interaction is positive and helpful. Your excellent verbal and written communication skills, patience, and passion for delivering amazing client experiences will be essential in this role.
To succeed, you'll need:
- Accurately book appointments
- Deliver high-level customer service to new and existing customers
- Promote our products and delivery services
- Utilize benefit selling techniques to encourage appointment bookings
- Make high volumes of phone calls
- Update customer records
