Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a customer service representative.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys interacting with customers, resolving issues and providing exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Taking inbound calls from customers regarding general enquiries about our products and services.
  • Delivering timely and accurate information to customers regarding the status of their enquiry.
  • Taking ownership of customer enquiries and proactively tailoring solutions based on the customer's needs.
  • Contribution to the overall performance and growth of the team.
  • Supporting operational functions of the business.

Requirements:

  • A clear and professional telephone manner.
  • Experience in a customer service and/or administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • Excellent organisational, administrative and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Experience working within a team environment.
  • Ability to multitask and manage your time effectively.
