Role Description
We are looking for a dedicated individual to fill the position of Customer Care Officer. This role is ideal for someone passionate about helping others and creating exceptional customer experiences.
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone and email
- Collaborating with medical professionals to provide high-quality service
- Supporting order entry to meet critical deadlines
- Working closely with colleagues across various departments, including customer care, manufacturing, inventory, and sales
- Providing timely support to customers as needed
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in a customer service position, preferably in the pharmaceutical, medical, FMCG or similar industries
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fast and accurate data entry abilities
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Confidence in using MS Office, with experience in Navision or Salesforce being an asset
- A positive 'can-do' attitude and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
