Key Responsibilities
- Event Planning and Coordination
- Develop and implement event plans, including venue selection, catering, audio-visual equipment, and staffing.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution.
- Manage event budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure efficient use of time and materials.
- Oversee event setup, breakdown, and strike, ensuring that all equipment and materials are properly stored and accounted for.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver exceptional event experiences.
- Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of event details and expectations.
- Lead and motivate event teams, providing guidance and support to ensure successful event execution.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in event management, preferably in a similar industry.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure, managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Degree in Hospitality, Events, or a related field is highly regarded.
