Job Overview

Menzies Aviation is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Passenger Services Officer. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient handling of passenger check-in, baggage, and other related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process passenger check-in, manual and DCS
  • Validate passport and documents
  • Tag baggage, arrange seating & issue boarding passes
  • Ensure compliance with safety & security requirements

You will have a responsibility and duty whilst at work to take reasonable care of the health, safety and wellbeing of yourself and others in accordance with provided information, training, and workplace health and safety rules or procedures.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work a 7-day rotating roster without restrictions
  • Professional and courteous communication skills, both verbal and written
  • High level attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multi-task
