We are seeking a Strategic Talent Acquisition Professional to collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in talent sourcing, recruitment strategies, and data-driven decision making.
Responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing effective recruitment plans
- Collaborating with hiring managers to identify talent needs and develop job descriptions
- Utilizing various channels to attract top talent and build a robust talent pipeline
- Analyzing recruitment metrics to optimize processes and achieve impactful hiring outcomes
- Championing inclusive hiring practices to support organizational diversity goals
Required skills and qualifications include:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in talent acquisition, preferably within a fast-paced environment or global matrix organization
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- Proven expertise in utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive learner, eager to gain exposure to talent management and the consulting industry
