About the Role
The company is seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Professional to join their team in Clayton, Australia. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment activities for strategic business units across Australia and New Zealand.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partnering closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and support them in hiring efforts through the talent acquisition model.
- Utilizing various sourcing channels and approaches to find and attract top talent.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including external recruitment agencies.
- Ensuring recruitment activities align with diversity, inclusion, and internal talent development strategies.
- Conducting offer negotiations and preparing employment agreements.
- Overseeing onboarding compliance and working closely with the Human Resource Team.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in talent acquisition, including agency recruitment, high-level interpersonal and communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office productivity tools. Strong relationship building skills and ability to proactively resolve issues are also essential.

- Experience in talent acquisition, including agency recruitment.
- High level interpersonal and communication skills.
- Understanding of recruitment best practices and knowledge.
- Volume recruitment experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office productivity tools.
- Experience with strategic sourcing and talent pipelining methods.
