Job Overview

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract, hire, and retain the right talent aligned with our organisation's vision.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR business partners to design and deliver effective talent acquisition solutions.
  • Build a robust talent pipeline and champion exceptional candidate experiences throughout every interaction.
  • Evaluate and refine processes to ensure inclusivity and contribute to organisational efficiency and culture.
Qualifications And Skills
  • Proven track record (typically 3+ years) in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong abilities in sourcing candidates through various channels, including professional networks, social media, and recruitment technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experienced with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS.
  • Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail and ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
Preferred Education And Experience
  • A Certificate IV or Bachelor's Degree in Business/Commerce with a focus on Human Resources, or equivalent professional experience in HR.
  • Hands-on experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including onboarding and offboarding.
