Retention Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume the role of Assistant Manager/ SR Analyst Retention Marketing.
Main Responsibilities
- Create comprehensive campaigns to boost user retention through data-driven insights and segmentation strategies.
- Map customer journeys, identify pain points, and develop targeted engagement initiatives.
- Maintain proactive campaign management, monitor performance metrics, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Develop and execute CRM and Loyalty programs that drive customer satisfaction and retention.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Proven expertise in marketing channels such as SMS, Email, push notifications, and Retargeting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Analytics.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools like Adobe Campaign, Responsys, Webengage, Blueshift, Clevertap, etc.
- Experience in managing multi-channel marketing campaigns and driving results.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
- Demonstrated expertise in database management and CRM systems.
Required Experience
- A minimum of 2-5 years of hands-on experience in retention marketing.
