Job Description

Position: Assistant Manager / SR Analyst Retention Marketing

Job Responsibilities:

  • Create comprehensive campaigns for user retention based on user behavior, segmentation, and journey mapping.
  • Map customer journeys and develop listening points.
  • Proactively manage campaigns and monitor performance metrics such as Orders/Buyer, Repurchase Rates, Open Rates, Click Rates, Inbox Delivery, etc.
  • Strategically plan and execute all CRM and Loyalty campaigns to meet customer service and retention KPIs.

Required Skills:

  • Proficient with marketing channels such as SMS, Email, push notifications, and retargeting.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Analytics.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools like Adobe Campaign, Responsys, Webengage, Blueshift, Clevertap, etc.
  • Experience in managing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent quantitative skills and data analysis abilities.
  • Strong CRM knowledge and data interpretation skills.

Work Experience: 2-5 years of hands-on retention marketing experience.

Skills: Excellent communication, coordination, and relationship management skills.
