Retention Marketing Strategist

We are seeking a skilled professional to leverage their expertise in retention marketing and drive business growth.
As an Assistant Manager/SR Analyst, you will be responsible for creating comprehensive campaigns that focus on user retention based on user behavior, segmentation, and journey mapping.
You will map customer journeys, develop listening points, and proactively manage campaigns to monitor performance metrics such as Orders/Buyer, Repurchase Rates, Open Rates, Click Rates, Inbox Delivery, etc.
The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of hands-on experience in retention marketing, excellent communication, coordination, and relationship management skills, and proficiency with marketing channels such as SMS, Email, push notifications, and retargeting.
We require a strategic thinker who can plan and execute all CRM and Loyalty campaigns to meet customer service and retention KPIs.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Analytics is essential, as well as experience with marketing automation tools like Adobe Campaign, Responsys, Webengage, Blueshift, Clevertap, etc. Quantitative skills and data analysis abilities are also crucial.
