Retention Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Retention Marketing Specialist to join our team.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive user retention campaigns based on user behavior, segmentation, and journey mapping.
- Analyze customer journeys, identify listening points, and implement proactive campaign management.
- Monitor performance metrics, such as Orders/Buyer, Repurchase Rates, Open Rates, Click Rates, Inbox Delivery, etc.
- Strategically plan and execute CRM and Loyalty campaigns to deliver against customer service and retention KPIs.
- Proficient in marketing channels like SMS, Email, push notifications, and retargeting.
- Excellent Microsoft Excel and Google Analytics skills.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools, such as Adobe Campaign, Responsys, Webengage, Blueshift, or Clevertap.
- Experience in managing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Strong quantitative aptitude and analysis skills.
- Detailed database/CRM knowledge and expertise in reading data.
- Minimum 2-5 years of hands-on Retention marketing experience required.
