Job Description:We are seeking an experienced Retention Marketing Specialist to create comprehensive campaigns that drive customer engagement and retention.
- Create targeted marketing strategies based on user behavior, segmentation, and journey mapping.
- Develop and manage listening points to understand customer needs and preferences.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies to meet business objectives.
- Strategically plan and execute CRM and loyalty campaigns to enhance customer service and retention KPIs.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing automation tools, excellent quantitative skills, and data analysis abilities. They will also possess excellent communication, coordination, and relationship management skills.
Requirements:- Proficient with multi-channel marketing tools such as SMS, Email, push notifications, and retargeting.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Analytics for data analysis.
- Experience with marketing automation tools like Adobe Campaign, Responsys, Webengage, Blueshift, Clevertap, etc.
- Hands-on experience in managing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Excellent quantitative skills and data interpretation abilities.
- Strong CRM knowledge and data analysis skills.
Interested candidates should have 2-5 years of hands-on experience in retention marketing and any graduate degree. We offer a dynamic work environment and competitive compensation package.
