As a Groups & Events Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless execution of group bookings and events across our properties. Acting as both brand ambassador and trusted partner, you will foster strong relationships with internal teams to deliver exceptional experiences for planners, hosts, and meeting attendees.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating the allocation of space for conferences and associated events
  • Managing rooming lists for all group segments
  • Conducting room familiarizations, pre-conference/group briefings, and site inspections
  • Liaising with the Revenue Team & Reservations Department for room availability and preferences
  • Ensuring Delphi system maintenance and monitoring to guarantee accurate information updates
  • Reviewing contracts and revising them as needed
  • Maintaining data accuracy according to established procedures

Requirements include:

  • Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees, and third parties reflecting positively on the hotel, brand, and company
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Opera, and Delphi
  • Problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Flexible work approach
  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hotel Administration, Hotel Management, or equivalent
  • Proactive approach with a strong drive for team results and a track record of achievement
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in front office/guest services or related roles
