Surrounded by vineyards and country gardens, we offer 50 beautifully appointed suites, the original country Homestead, built in 1887 is perfect for groups and truly unique spaces for conferences and events.
We have a great opportunity to join the team at this spectacular venue as our **Conference Coordinator. **You will work with a wonderful variety of clients, from big corporates to small businesses to private groups holding their events with us. Our phenomenal sales team continue to build our customer base, and we need a superstar coordinator to plan and execute the delivery exceeding their expectations.

Our corporate events are predominantly Monday to Friday day events, with occasional weekends, so this role offers a pretty good work life balance.
You will be working with a supportive team of people passionate about what they do and where they do it.
What you will be doing.
- Liaise with a variety of clients existing and new, building networks and relationships
- Full cycle of event coordination and planning - including conducting on-site tours, completion of sale details, planning and hosting the corporate events
- Responding to enquiries, providing timely and professional quotations and information
- Liaising with the other departments to ensure we deliver the perfect events
