Employee Engagement and Culture Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Employee Engagement and Culture Specialist to join our growing team at Head Office near Brisbane Airport. Reporting directly to the Head of HR, the successful candidate will focus on designing and delivering employee engagement strategies, including surveys, action plans, and recognition programs.

This role requires a strong understanding of organizational culture and employee communication initiatives. The ideal candidate will have excellent stakeholder management skills and be able to design and deliver engagement initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Developing and implementing leadership capability frameworks and partnering with key stakeholders to maximize professional development opportunities.
  • Championing employee communication initiatives, including identifying ways to strengthen engagement.
  • Contribute to HR reporting and insights, particularly around engagement, retention, and workforce trends.
  • Supporting annual remuneration review processes and providing advisory support to the Employee Relations team during peak periods.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of HR generalist experience with a strong interest in employee engagement, culture, and wellbeing. They will also possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, as well as knowledge and skills in planning and delivering engagement initiatives and organizational culture projects.
