About the PositionAs a human resources advisor, you will support and deliver our Team Member Relations (TMR) strategy, focusing on team member engagement, wellbeing, communication and positive workplace experiences.
You will work closely with managers and team members to implement initiatives that promote growth, organisational change and a thriving workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities- Support TMR programs, communication and team engagement initiatives.
- Assist managers with recruitment and onboarding processes for a seamless team member experience.
- Contribute to creating and maintaining TMR policies, documents and practices aligned with legal requirements and best practices.
- Help design and implement initiatives promoting team member wellbeing, engagement and retention.
- Maintain clear communication channels between team members, managers and the People & Culture team.
- Promote and align with our values, policies and team member conduct standards.

- Minimum 2 years' experience in human resources or strong recruitment background.
- Degree in Human Resources or similar field.
- Strong sense of confidentiality, empathy and professionalism when handling sensitive matters.
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, building trust and rapport across teams.
- Collaborative and proactive team approach.
- Working knowledge of Australian employment legislation.
- Positive attitude and commitment to supporting a respectful, inclusive workplace.
