About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive administrator to join our team as a People and Culture Coordinator. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to employees across the business, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and creating a positive working environment. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development and implementation of human resource initiatives and office-wide programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the Group Manager, PPIC, including managing digital mailboxes, creating and maintaining company documents, and assisting with onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Research, plan, coordinate, and execute various company events to promote employee engagement and well-being.
  • Assist with the preparation and maintenance of presentations and company documents to ensure accurate and timely information is shared with employees.
  • Conduct desktop research on various initiatives to identify best practices and implement solutions that benefit the organization.
