About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring a seamless employee experience. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport across teams.

Responsibilities
  • Support employee relations programs and communication initiatives.
  • Assist managers with recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Contribute to policy development and maintenance.
  • Design and implement initiatives to promote employee wellbeing, engagement and retention.
  • Maintain clear communication channels between team members, managers and HR.
Requirements
  • 2+ years' experience in human resources or strong recruitment background.
  • Degree in Human Resources or similar field.
  • Strong sense of confidentiality, empathy and professionalism.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Collaborative and proactive team approach.
  • Working knowledge of employment legislation.
  • Positive attitude and commitment to a respectful workplace.
