We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized People and Culture Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about building a career in Human Resources.
About the RoleThe People and Culture Coordinator will support key workforce functions including employee onboarding, offboarding, reward and recognition, and compliance. You will be responsible for ensuring that all processes are followed and maintained accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Support the implementation of employee onboarding and offboarding processes;
- Maintain accurate records of employee information and benefits;
- Coordinate reward and recognition programs;
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations;
- Provide administrative support to the People and Culture Operations Manager;
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A genuine passion for building a career in People and Culture (or Human Resources);
- Current enrolment in or prior studies related to the profession;
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills;
- Empathy and the ability to connect with people from all walks of life;
- Strong computer literacy and administrative skills;
- A trustworthy instinct and a solid moral compass;
- Adaptability and a proactive attitude when facing challenges;
