**Job Overview**

We're a dynamic team seeking someone to support our high-performing organisation across Australia and Fiji.

This role is about coordination, administration, and collaboration. You'll be at the centre of employee engagement, working closely with our leadership team.

Key tasks include:

  • Administrative and coordination tasks sent to you by the team, prioritising and completing them efficiently.
  • Employee journey coordination from onboarding and contracts through to parental leave, visa sponsorship, compliance, and offboarding.
  • Accurate employee records management.
  • Support for key people initiatives, including wellbeing programs and leadership capability development.

**About You:**

  • Previous experience in admin or HR/P&C roles.
  • A positive attitude and strong organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and tech-savviness, especially with Office 365 (HRIS experience is an advantage).
