At the heart of our operations lies a crucial role that requires a meticulous and analytical mind. As a QA Campaign Data Analyst, you will be instrumental in ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of data and insights that drive our marketing campaigns forward.

This position is part of our consultancy division, serving clients and solving their strategic problems focused on improving performance and profitability.

You will work closely with the Marketing Manager and other Data Analysts to support the delivery of key lifecycle management campaigns for one of our key issuing clients.

  • Ensure quality assurance processes and standards are met for campaign analysis within our client's environment
  • Collaborate with campaign analysts, data engineers, and IT teams to establish data validation procedures and quality checks throughout the campaign lifecycle
  • Conduct comprehensive audits of campaign data sources, including tracking tags, conversion events, audience segmentation, and performance metrics
  • Review campaign performance reports, dashboards, and presentations to identify discrepancies, anomalies, and areas for improvement
  • Perform regression testing and validation of data pipelines, ETL processes, and reporting tools to ensure data integrity and consistency
  • Document processes, key learnings, quality assurance findings, and best practices in artefacts that can be reused across the client's business
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, resolve discrepancies, and implement corrective actions to optimize campaign performance
  • Provide training and support to campaign analysts on quality assurance processes, tools, and methodologies

Requirements

  • 7+ years related work experience in Data Analytics, Consulting, or Marketing Analytics
  • Proficiency in SQL is required
  • Experience in data visualization is required, PowerBI is highly preferred
  • Experience in other query language (e.g., SAS or Python) highly regarded
  • Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint and the ability to effectively communicate insights
