Job Opportunity: Data Insight Specialist

We are looking for a skilled data insight specialist to join our high-performing team. As a key member, you will contribute to the development and implementation of data-driven strategies that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with analytics and commercial teams to identify customer opportunities and articulate commercial benefits.
  • Provide timely analysis and insights to stakeholders, informing decision-making across the organization.
  • Participate in workload prioritization and have an informed view of relative analytics request value.
  • Develop and execute analytics strategies to showcase the value and outcomes of data-driven decision-making.
  • Contribute to knowledge sharing amongst the team, ensuring best practices are adopted and leveraged.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Mathematics, or Science.
  • Proven experience in providing insights using member data and analytics.
  • Experience in campaign analytics, from planning to post-campaign analysis.
  • Excellent influencing and storytelling skills, with the ability to communicate complex data insights effectively.
  • Naturally collaborative, building relationships internally and externally.
  • Commercially savvy, with experience working with large, complex data sets.
  • Familiarity with analytical tools such as SQL, Power BI, and Snowflake.
