The Business Insights Specialist is responsible for driving marketing impact through data-driven insights.
About The RoleThis role will work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Analysts to measure the effectiveness of retail media campaigns.
In this position, you'll be the go-to expert for measuring campaign performance using observational and experimental measurement approaches, as well as statistical modelling.
You'll translate data into clear, actionable insights to optimise future campaigns and drive sales growth.
- Analyse campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop strategic recommendations to drive sales growth and customer engagement.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, including senior leaders.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 4+ years of experience in marketing measurement, marketing effectiveness, or a related analytical role.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to segment, model, summarise, interpret, and communicate complex data sets.
- Deep understanding of observational measurement, experimental design, and statistical modelling.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical analysts and senior executives.
