About the TeamOur data analytics team connects customers at every turn of their lives using shopper data. It partners at various levels to drive meaningful campaigns and measure their impact.
About the RoleThis role sits in the Analytics team, helping brands speak to their customers by opening doors to real-life behaviors and shopping habits. We seek a talented individual to contribute to our strategic growth journey and drive our retail media network in Australia.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver ongoing campaign analysis for clients.
- Discover and articulate insights surrounding customer purchasing behavior and product selection.
- Own key stakeholder relationships and delivery of high-quality data products.
- Contribute to a high-performing team that taps into collective strengths and shares best practice.
- Develop domain knowledge in digital advertising space and understand commercial considerations.
- Approach projects with a product and growth mindset, adopting agile practices to iterate on work.
Our ideal candidate has:
- Tertiary qualification in Business, Mathematics, or Science.
- Analytics experience with SQL and dynamic programming languages (e.g., Python, R, Julia).
- Experience working with large data sets and analytical tools.
- Strong communication skills and ability to present complex concepts simply.
