You'll be working closely with our talented team of product and research specialists to refine and advance our AI platform for consumer insights. Your goal will be to deliver actionable and accurate insights every time customers engage with our platform.

Our platform helps brands and marketers turn raw data into meaningful consumer insights. By enabling quick testing and iteration, we empower brands to move faster, reduce risk, and deliver ideas with impact. We're proud to work with top brands like Google, Afterpay, Dentsu, and Frucor.
We're growing fast, but we're not just building a product – we're disrupting an industry. Our offices are based in Auckland and Sydney, and we're planning to expand globally in the coming years.
This role involves collaborating with our internal research team to streamline the data-to-insight process. You'll be responsible for shaping how our AI models interpret and respond to consumer research challenges.
Your key responsibilities:
- Shape & Refine AI Insights: Collaborate with our team to learn how to use and improve AI tools for analyzing consumer survey data.
- Experimentation & Innovation: Design, execute, and evaluate experiments that challenge traditional research approaches.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Development, Research, and Product teams to expand the AI interface's capabilities.
- Ownership of AI Outputs: Oversee all AI-generated deliverables, ensuring they meet customer objectives and maintain high quality.
- Data Quality Assurance: Participate in QA/QC processes for raw respondent data.
About You:
- Market Research Experience: At least two years in a market research agency or similar environment.
- Experimentation & Communication Skills: Proven ability to design, conduct, and iterate on data experiments.
- AI Awareness: An interest in or exposure to AI concepts (such as LLMs, Retrieval Augmented Generation).
- Web Development Awareness: A basic understanding—or an eagerness to learn—fundamental web development principles.
