We're seeking an accomplished Data Analyst to drive insights and enhance campaign performance. With a focus on loyalty and personalisation, this role will play a pivotal part in our business growth strategy.

About the Role- This position involves analysing loyalty data on key projects and campaigns to inform strategic decisions.
- You'll measure and report on marketing initiatives, advertising programs, and communications strategies to optimise their effectiveness.
- Your input will help prioritise workload, ensuring analytics requests are aligned with business objectives.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Proven experience in campaign performance measurement and reporting, preferably in a loyalty environment.
- A strong track record of working with large volumes of transactional/customer data to create meaningful reports.
- Excellent influencing and storytelling skills to articulate complex analysis in a clear, concise manner.
- Strong commercial acumen, coupled with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Mathematics, or Science disciplines.
