Resident Care Specialist

We are seeking compassionate and caring individuals to provide person-centered care to our residents.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents by providing high-quality care and support, assisting with daily activities, medication, and wound dressing as required.
About the Role:
- Provide care and support to residents
- Assist with medication and simple wound dressing under supervision
- Participate in activities and events that promote social interaction and community engagement - Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure resident needs are met
Skills & Experience:
Our ideal candidate has a Certificate III in Individual Support or is willing to complete one. They possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a compassionate and empathetic approach to care, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
