Role Overview

As an experienced and passionate Assistant in Nursing, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to residents in Aged Care facilities.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality care to residents, adhering to individual care plans
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Support residents with meal times, including feeding and hydration
  • Monitor and report any changes in resident health or well-being
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to care planning

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 6 months paid experience working in Aged Care as an AIN/PCW
  • Certificate III or Cert IV in Aged Care, demonstrating knowledge and skills
  • Current Police Check for working with vulnerable individuals
  • Full Working Rights in Australia for employment
  • Sound Knowledge of Manual Handling & COVID Safe Practices
  • Up-to-date COVID and Flu Vaccination Record
  • Passion for Providing Excellent Care and genuine dedication to resident well-being
