About the Role

This is a dynamic and rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents. As a Care Service Employee, you will be responsible for providing person-centered care and support to individuals with varying needs and abilities.

Your day will be filled with assisting residents with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. You will also have the opportunity to engage with residents in activities they enjoy, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist residents with daily living tasks, including personal care and hygiene
  • Support residents in engaging in activities they enjoy, such as hobbies, exercise, and social events
  • Monitor and report any changes in resident's condition or behavior
  • Maintain accurate records of resident's care and progress
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent (desirable)
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Patience, empathy, and understanding when working with residents with complex needs
