About the Role

What You'll Do

  • Deliver high-quality opportunities for progression into the sales pipeline by identifying and qualifying potential customers.
  • Collaborate closely with account executives to develop and execute account engagement plans, ensuring maximum coverage and growth.
  • Work with regional marketing teams to design and implement targeted campaigns, providing valuable feedback to drive results.
  • Generate daily high-value activities to engage with new prospects, follow up on leads, and build relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Conduct research to stay up-to-date on industry trends, business drivers, and market conditions, informing your outbound sales strategy.
  • Qualify accounts and leads to understand pain points, compelling events, timelines, and decision-making processes.
  • Effectively communicate with C-suite executives to articulate the value of Workday's solutions and build trust with potential customers.
  • Leverage available tools, such as Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, to streamline prospecting activities and maximize efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date Salesforce hygiene, ensuring all activities and notes are recorded in a timely manner.
