About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Enterprise Sales Development Representative to join our team in Australia. As an essential member of our sales organization, you will play a key role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver qualified opportunities for progression into our Stage 1 pipeline by leveraging your exceptional communication skills and industry knowledge.
  • Work closely with our Account Executives on account engagement plans to ensure we maximize our coverage and achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Collaborate tightly with regional Marketing teams on campaigns and provide close-loop feedback to optimize our marketing efforts.
  • Generate High Value Activity daily to engage with new prospects and follow up on leads, ensuring timely responses and conversions.
  • Conduct relevant research to understand industry and business drivers as part of your outbound plan, staying up-to-date with market trends and customer needs.
  • Qualify accounts and leads to understand pain points, compelling events, timeline, and discover decision-makers, providing actionable insights to drive sales success.
  • Communicate at a professional level to engage effectively with C-Suite executives, articulating the value of our solutions and addressing their concerns.
  • Leverage available tools (Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) to perform prospecting activities, maintaining high Salesforce hygiene and ensuring all activities and notes are updated in a timely manner.

  • Outbound sales development experience, preferably in a similar industry or role.

  • A basic understanding of cloud technology and its impact on enterprise-sized organizations and their operations, although not essential, would be beneficial.
