Enterprise Sales Development Representative

As an Enterprise Sales Development Representative at Workday Australia Pty Ltd, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by identifying and qualifying new sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality leads to our sales team for conversion into pipeline opportunities
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives to develop account engagement plans and maximize coverage
- Work with regional Marketing teams to design and execute targeted campaigns, providing feedback to ensure continuous improvement
- Generate daily High Value Activities to engage with new prospects and follow up on leads
- Conduct research to understand industry trends and business drivers as part of our outbound strategy
- Qualify accounts and leads to identify pain points, compelling events, timelines, and decision-makers
- Communicate effectively with C-Suite executives to articulate the value of our solutions
- Utilize available tools (Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) to perform prospecting activities
- Maintain high Salesforce hygiene, ensuring timely updates of all activities and notes

$120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience
