About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to provide exceptional service experience to our clients and their guests at our JLL Brisbane office at Central Plaza, Queen St.

As the first point of contact, you will create a comfortable and welcoming environment, delivering genuine hospitality and thoughtful service to all relevant stakeholders. Your warm and welcoming nature will be pivotal in building strong relationships with our clients and employees.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Create a memorable and enjoyable experience for employees and their guests
  • Coordinate staff activities with the wider JLL team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
  • Handle internal and external calls and correspondence with professionalism and discretion
  • Manage deliveries of mail and courier services efficiently and effectively
  • Support the delivery of programs that drive employee engagement, sense of belonging, excitement, and fun at work, contributing to employee productivity and pride
  • Manage meeting room bookings to ensure smooth operation and minimize disruptions
  • Perform other ad-hoc responsibilities assigned by the Workplace Manager

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 2 years' experience in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related professional area
  • Prior experience in managing meeting room services is advantageous
  • A warm and welcoming nature with a passion for creating lasting impressions
  • Highly confident communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong administrative skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality service
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office suite
