We are seeking experienced and empathetic Guest Experience Ambassadors to join our team at Virgin Australia. As a key member of our airport operations, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to guests with specific requirements.

**Job Summary:**

As a Guest Experience Ambassador, your primary responsibility will be to assist guests with visible disabilities, non-visible disabilities, and other specific mobility and assistance requirements. This may include guiding them through their pre-boarding experience, assisting with collection by their loved ones or support person, and ensuring sufficient Ground Support Equipment is available for our guests.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide exceptional support to guests with specific requirements, including physical assistance, communication, and emotional support.
  • Work closely with our Guest Service Agents to ensure seamless guest experience across all touchpoints.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance guest experience.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.

**Requirements:**

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a healthcare or disability services context.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests, families, and colleagues.
  • Physical fitness and stamina to perform manual handling tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Current unrestricted Australian driving license and willingness to undergo pre-employment checks.
