About the RoleWe are seeking a motivated Sales and Account Growth Specialist to support growth within the Access brand. Key responsibilities include:
- Sourcing new business opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, as well as cold and warm lead outbound calling.
- Preparing customer quotes and providing technical information regarding Access' products.
- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with customers to increase overall customer value.
- Collaborating with our Sales and Operations teams to achieve targeted business goals.
The successful candidate will have a drive to succeed and resilience to overcome challenges in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements and Qualifications- Experience within the hire industry or similar sectors is highly advantageous.
- Demonstrated capacity to learn and apply technical product knowledge in a dynamic setting.
- Able to identify and create new business opportunities.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Able to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong motivation to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
