About the Role

Carnival Australia is seeking an experienced Sales and Business Growth Specialist to join our team in Brisbane. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth through the trade network within your assigned QLD territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • BUILD STRONG PARTNERSHIPS WITH TRAVEL AGENTS:
  • • Develop and maintain relationships with existing agents selling Carnival Cruise Line while identifying new opportunities for growth.
  • • Collaborate with agents to create tailored business plans that drive Carnival Cruise Line sales.

Job Requirements

  • MINIMUM 3 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT:
  • • Proven track record of delivering sales growth through strategic partnerships.
  • • Strong client management and business development expertise.

What We Offer

  • • Competitive salary: AU$80,000 - AU$120,000 per year (dependent on experience).
  • • Comprehensive benefits package, including superannuation, car allowance, and discounts on cruises and travel.
  • • Flexible working hours and a 9-day fortnight.
