Job Summary

As a Front Office Supervisor at Marriott International, you will be responsible for overseeing the front office operations, ensuring seamless guest experiences, and leading a team of front desk staff. Key responsibilities include managing guest check-ins, verifying identities and payment, assigning rooms, and activating keys. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate accounts, processing payments, and balancing cash drops.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process guest check-ins, verifying guest identity and payment
  • Assign rooms and activate keys
  • Maintain accurate accounts for guests
  • Process payments, vouchers, paid-outs, and charges
  • Balance cash drops and count bank at the beginning and end of shift
  • Notify Loss Prevention/Security of any guest reports of theft

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of related work experience
