Front Office Team Lead

Job Summary
As a Front Office Supervisor at Marriott International, you will be responsible for overseeing the front office operations, ensuring seamless guest experiences, and leading a team of front desk staff. Key responsibilities include managing guest check-ins, verifying identities and payment, assigning rooms, and activating keys. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate accounts, processing payments, and balancing cash drops.
Key Responsibilities
- Process guest check-ins, verifying guest identity and payment
- Assign rooms and activate keys
- Maintain accurate accounts for guests
- Process payments, vouchers, paid-outs, and charges
- Balance cash drops and count bank at the beginning and end of shift
- Notify Loss Prevention/Security of any guest reports of theft
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of related work experience
