Front Office Supervisor Full-Time Position

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Front Office Supervisor to join our team at Marriott International. As a Front Office Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the front office operations, ensuring seamless guest experiences, and leading a team of front office staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Process guest check-ins, verifying identity and payment, and assigning rooms.
- Set up accurate guest accounts and enter Marriott Rewards information.
- Secure payment and verify billing, ensuring rates match market codes.
- Compile and review daily reports, logs, and contingency lists.
- Complete cashier and closing reports, and balance and drop receipts.
- Count and secure bank at the beginning and end of shift.
- Obtain manual authorizations and follow Accounting procedures.
- Notify Loss Prevention/Security of guest reports of theft.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of related work experience.
