Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Front Office Supervisor to join our team at Marriott International. As a Front Office Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the front office operations, ensuring seamless guest experiences, and leading a team of front office staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process guest check-ins, verifying identity and payment, and assigning rooms.
  • Set up accurate guest accounts and enter Marriott Rewards information.
  • Secure payment and verify billing, ensuring rates match market codes.
  • Compile and review daily reports, logs, and contingency lists.
  • Complete cashier and closing reports, and balance and drop receipts.
  • Count and secure bank at the beginning and end of shift.
  • Obtain manual authorizations and follow Accounting procedures.
  • Notify Loss Prevention/Security of guest reports of theft.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of related work experience.
