- Direct and work with managers and employees to carry out procedures ensuring an efficient check-in and check-out process.
- Ensure compliance with all Front Office policies, standards, and procedures.
- Monitor adherence to all credit policies and procedures to reduce bad debts and rebates.
Requirements
- At least 1 year experience in the guest services, front desk, or related professional area.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
