  • Leadership and People Management:
    • Provide ongoing learning and development support to team members by offering direct feedback, coaching, mentoring, and career path guidance, as well as addressing performance concerns.
    • Offer team members recognition, gap assessment, and overall performance documentation to support and reinforce career and personal growth.
    • Develop, maintain, and disseminate product and general company knowledge through effective communication channels.
  • Guest Experience:
    • Support team members in ensuring a great guest experience that values guests' time, including assessing guest needs, providing technical product education, and supporting in-store transactions and omnichannel programs.
    • Interact with and assess guests' unique needs to provide customized, effective purchase and return solutions and support.
    • Provide technical product education by articulating the value and benefit of the product.
    • Resolve guest feedback and address guest concerns or escalations to ensure satisfaction.
  • Balancing Priorities:
    • Balance competing priorities, such as meeting sales targets, maintaining a positive work environment, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
    • Manage multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously, prioritizing tasks based on urgency and importance.
  • Maintaining Store Standards:
    • Maintain high standards for store appearance, customer service, and operational efficiency.
    • Monitor and adjust store operations to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
