About the Roles We're seeking energetic, inspiring and customer-focused leaders who will play a key role in launching and running our Crown Melbourne store.
Whether you're stepping into the Store Manager role or supporting as an Assistant Store Manager, you'll lead from the front, nurture your team and deliver exceptional experiences every day.Together, you'll:Deliver exceptional customer experiences - lead from the floor to bring the Koko Black journey to life across retailInspire and develop a high-performing team - recruit, coach, train and celebrate success to build a strong, values-driven cultureMaintain premium product presentation - ensure our chocolates, beverages and displays always meet the highest standardsDrive commercial success - support rostering, stock management, waste reduction and sales growth across the storeChampion operational excellence - ensure smooth daily operations, compliance with food safety and visual merchandising standardsCommunicate and collaborate effectively - share updates, provide feedback and foster connection across the team and wider business What You'll Bring Leadership experience in retail, hospitality or food serviceA natural ability to motivate and empower othersHigh standards for guest service and team cultureAn eye for detail, a love for product and a get-it-done mindsetA sweet spot for premium chocolate (don't worry, we won't make you choose a favourite yet)Due to our unique location, we would love to hear from applicants who speak Mandarin or Cantonese as a second language.
