Store Leadership Opportunity

The role of a Store Manager at our Balwyn store is to lead the team and drive store performance.
Responsibilities include managing all aspects of running the store, leading, coaching and developing the team, providing an exceptional customer experience, driving sales, creating an inspirational work environment, implementing promotional initiatives, maintaining store operations and retail standards, creating employee rosters and managing employee time recording/hours, processing and replenishing stock according to company standards, and being an advocate of health and safety in the workplace.
We are looking for a genuine leader with great mentoring and coaching skills, who can inspire the team to deliver outstanding results. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Store Manager in a retail fashion store and possess outstanding communication skills, be passionate about all things fashion with great visual merchandising and styling skills, and have a desire for continuous improvement.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
