LHS is seeking to revolutionise what growth consulting looks like in the health insurance industry.
About the Role
As the Member Growth Manager, you will lead a high-performing team focused on attracting and delighting new members through a seamless end-to-end sales and onboarding experience.
With accountability for optimising and accelerating direct member growth—enabled by AI and data—you will guide your team toward delivering sustainable impact at scale.
You'll play a key role in shaping the future of our growth strategy by embracing AI, data insights, and human-centred design.
Through your leadership, the team will reimagine how we engage with prospective members, experiment with innovative tools and technologies, and contribute to the evolution of our systems and ways of working.
As the Member Growth Manager, you will:
Lead, coach, and support a team of Member Growth Consultants to drive membership acquisition and retention.
Define and execute strategies that deliver on growth targets, using AI, automation, and customer insights.
Foster a high-performing, inclusive team culture focused on collaboration, learning, and impact.
Partner with Marketing, Technology, Product, and other teams to create integrated member growth solutions and experiences.
Optimise and scale the use of CRM tools such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) to drive efficiency and performance.
Champion a test-and-learn culture, encouraging experimentation with AI and emerging technologies.
The ideal candidate will be:
A proven growth leader – Experienced in managing sales or growth teams within health insurance or an aligned sector, with a track record of delivering results.
Tech-forward and innovative – Passionate about exploring AI and emerging technologies to enhance member engagement and operational efficiency.
Collaborative and influential – Able to build strong relationships across teams, align stakeholders, and lead through change.
Adaptable and improvement-driven – Comfortable navigating ambiguity, with a strong focus on continuous learning and optimising ways of working.
