Job Title: Store Team Member

Are you a people person with great communication skills?

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by being friendly, approachable and respectful at all times.
  • Maintain store presentation standards to ensure a welcoming environment for customers.
  • Support stock availability by maintaining accurate inventory levels and reporting any discrepancies promptly.
  • Monitor pricing and ticketing systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

As a valued member of our team, you will contribute to the overall success of the store. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing excellent customer service to achieve sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction ratings.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to meet store goals and objectives.
  • Participating in visual merchandising and display activities to drive sales and enhance store appearance.
  • Complying with company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines.

Key qualifications and skills include:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic numeracy and literacy skills.
  • Ability to lift 10 kg and stand for long periods.
