Job Overview

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will ideally possess:

  • 1+ year(s) of experience in a retail management or supervisory position, preferably within the beauty industry.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
  • A passion for delivering excellent customer service, handling inquiries and complaints professionally.
  • Knowledge of inventory management, stocktake processes, and merchandising principles.
  • A proactive attitude, combined with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, late-night trading, and public holidays as required.
