This leadership role is responsible for supporting the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to drive team performance and achieve business objectives.
- Contribute to the hiring, training, and development of new team members, fostering a culture of growth and excellence.
- Oversee store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and stock control, ensuring optimal results.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing issues promptly and professionally, and maintaining a high standard of service quality.
- Maintain store presentation, adhering to visual merchandising standards and ensuring a consistent brand image.
- Provide insights on store performance and areas for improvement, driving strategic decision-making.
- Assume leadership responsibilities as required, motivating the team to remain productive and motivated.
- Support with store opening and closing procedures, ensuring a secure environment.
To succeed in this role, you will ideally possess:
- 1+ year(s) of experience in a retail management or supervisory position, preferably within the beauty industry.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
- A passion for delivering excellent customer service, handling inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Knowledge of inventory management, stocktake processes, and merchandising principles.
- A proactive attitude, combined with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Flexibility to work weekends, late-night trading, and public holidays as required.
